2005 – Hangzhou, China

On September 13, 2005, the Fourth Global Conference was held at Zhejiang University, and more than one hundred representatives from all over the world attended the event. Professor Yunhe Pan, President of Zhejiang University, delivered a welcome speech, and Professor Jiaan Cheng, President of Consortium, former Vice-President of Zhejiang University, and Professor Jun Zhu, Vice-President of Zhejiang University, attended the meeting. 

The conference lasted three days, and representatives gave reports about recent development and experiences of higher education for agriculture, with emphasis of Chinese higher education.
