Preliminary indications for Registering at the 7th Conference (registration form at the bottom of the page)

Please note that this page loading can be slightly delayed due to the registration form content.

1. Select the group (Member of APLU-ICA / Non-member / Student / Corporate Sector) by yes.

2. Complete the form : you will have the opportunity to :

- choose an exhibition for your organization
- ask for a letter invitation for your visa
- add an accompanying person and the program associated (n°1 or conference dinners only)
- add thematic visits for you and your accompanying person
- add lunchs during the side-events
- choose your accomodation : in LaSalle campus residencies, hotel or other
- give information about your travel details if you know it
- and choose direct shuttle from Roissy Charles de Gaulle Airport to LaSalle Beauvais (if you do not know yet your travel details but you want to be picked up, you must check the box “shuttle” and notify the organizing committee time and date when you know).

3. Check the box “I accept the General Terms and conditions of amiando for participants”, and click on “Proceed to checkout”.

4. Go to the top of the page and choose your secure payment option (credit card or bank transfer : invoice). Complete information (for credit card), and click on “Register now”.

An email will be sent to you with the registration confirmation and the invoice.

If you forget to fill a mandatory field, the box will appear in red.
