GOVERNANCE

The GCHERA General Assembly is the governing body of the Confederation.

All members of the Constitutive General assembly  also form the Board of the association , until a General Assembly decides otherway.

Vested in the General Assembly/Board are the following authorities to:
1.  elect the Chair and one Vice Chair of the Board – The President of the GCHERA conference is entitled ex-oficio second Vice-chair of the association.
All of them each will have a vote.

2. Elect the board *Steering Committee members to serve as an executive committee of the Board between regularly scheduled Board meetings.

3. Recruit, select, approve, and evaluate the appointment of a Secretary General and/or any other personnel charged with the responsibilities to conduct the day-to-day business of the Association.

4. Establish such offices and/or operations as are required to conduct the business of the Association
